The district includes 38 settlements: Sovetsky urban-type settlement and 37 villages.

Sovetsky district of the Republic of Crimea is located in Prisivashye, in the eastern part of the Crimean Peninsula. In the Northeast, the boundary of the area runs along the coast of Lake Sivash. In the Southeast, the district is bordered by Kirovsky district, in the Southwest by Belogorsk district, in the Northwest by Nizhnegorsky district.

Investment in industry

In recent years, livestock production has moved from agricultural enterprises to individual households.

The most developed areas of the food industry:

  • production of bread and bakery products peasant farm economy, IE Vedutova;
  • production of ready-made and canned meat and poultry products, IE Cherepanov;
  • production of herbal tea and stevia water syrup – «Stevia» LLC;
  • processing of oilseeds (sunflower oil) - IE V.I. Skalozubov.

Investment projects in the region

  • development of a family fur farm on the basis of a peasant (farmer) farm L. N. Dudenko, the annual sales volume of products will be 205 thousand mink skins, the volume of products exported will be 100 thousand mink skins. The investment volume is RUB 99.68 million at the expense of the investor's own funds, 92 jobs are created;
  • creation of a fruit-growing complex for growing berry crops of the "Yugagroproduct" LLC on the territory of Sovetsky district of the Republic of Crimea, the total investment volume is RUB 45.3 million, 11 jobs are being created.

The investment policy of Sovetsky district is aimed at the development of the district's economy, an information base on 57 investment sites for potential investors has been formed.


Projects implemented within the framework of the Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in Sovetsky district of the Republic of Crimea

  • development of primary and secondary winemaking on the basis of the property complex of "Sovetsky Wine House" LLC, the investment volume is RUB 30 million, 20 jobs are being created;
  • creation of capacities for the production of road signs, fire safety signs, information signs on electrical safety made of metal, the investment volume is RUB 27.0 million, 12 jobs were created;
  • development of a family fur farm, the investment volume is RUB 12.9 million, 95 jobs were created;
  • organization of lawn production in rolls and laying of gardens in Sovetsky district of the Republic of Crimea, the volume of capital investment made is RUB 4.9 million, 6 jobs were created.

Investment in fixed assets for 2020 amounted to 290 million RUB.

Investment in education

Currently, the construction of a kindergarten for 300 places in Sovetsky urban-type settlement is being completed, the total investment volume is RUB 375.2 million.
