0023 - Land plot No. 2 in Partizany village

The Master Plan of Partizanskoye rural settlement of Kirovsky district of the Republic of Crimea approved by the decision of the session 63 of the Kirovsky District Council of the Republic of Crimea convened first No. 726 dated 05.10.2018 provides proposals for the placement of capital facilities of local significance in the territory of the municipality to provide the territory with industrial facilities and enterprises by creating conditions for expanding the market of agricultural products, raw materials and food, assistance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the Provision on Land-Use Planning in the Master Plan, it is envisaged to locate in the territory under consideration a facility of local importance in the field of industry, the characteristics of which are as follows:

• Status: construction;
• Purpose: industrial complex development;
• Special conditions for the territory use: sanitary protection area is established in accordance with SanPiN 2.2.1/2.1.1.1200-03;
• Size: within the boundaries of the enterprise territory;
• Estimated deadline: 2030.

• Maximum floor area of buildings – not determined;
• Average floor area – not determined;
• Minimum floor area – 1 floor;
• Maximum height – 10 m;
• Floor space index – 0.8;
• Development density factor – 2.4.
