• According to the data of the Public Cadastral Map (pkk.rosreestr.ru), the land plot is located in the area with special conditions for territory use:

a) Sanitary protection area for water supply sources and drinking water pipelines, area of protection of natural objects – third belt of the sanitary protection areas of the source of drinking and domestic water supply being well No. 1808 located within the boundaries of the land plot of North-Sivashskoye groundwater deposit, in Krasnogvardeysky district of the Republic of Crimea (restrictions: Measures for the third belt of the sanitary protection area (hereinafter, SPA): 1. Identification, plugging or restoration of all old, inactive, defective or improperly operated wells posing a danger in terms of the possibility of aquifer contamination. 2. Drilling of new wells and new construction associated with the disturbance of the soil cover shall be carried out subject to the mandatory approval of the center of the state sanitary and epidemiological supervision. 3. Prohibition of injection of waste water into underground aquifers, underground storage of solid waste and mining of subsurface resources. 4. Prohibition of placement of warehouses of fuel and lubricants, toxic chemicals and mineral fertilizers, industrial waste water accumulators, sludge storages and other facilities causing danger of chemical pollution of groundwater. Placement of such facilities is allowed within the third belt of SPA only when protected groundwater is used, provided that special measures are taken to protect the aquifer from contamination in the presence of a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion of the center of state sanitary and epidemiological supervision issued considering the conclusion of the geological control bodies. 5.
