CONSTRUCTION OF A MODERN RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD "ZHIGULINA ROSCHA"
In 2016, the company Specialized Developer Stolichnaya Commercial Group signed an agreement on the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a residential complex – this is the first and largest project for integrated development of the territory of the Republic of Crimea, which has been a leader in the real estate market for more than one year. The project is targeted at creating a completely new environment for comfortable living for more than 25,000 people in a territory of 44.5 hectares.
The focus on integrated development solves the tasks of developing cities, and in the future, agglomerations. Zhigulina Roscha is the first and largest integrated development project in the Republic of Crimea. The total area of the apartments is approximately 500,000 sq. m, totaling more than 7,500 apartments.
The construction of the Zhigulina Roscha microdistrict is planned in 6 stages (14 launch complexes) for the period from August 2016 to April 2026.

The architects and engineers of the company have tried to improve the functionality, comfort and aesthetics of the Zhigulina Roscha. All necessary social and household infrastructure is provided on the territory of the microdistrict, namely: a modern school for 1,100 places, 4 preschool institutions, an art school, a sports and wellness center, a business center, multi-level parking and a solid social and household infrastructure.
The first school of the XXI century in Crimea appeared on the territory of Zhigulina Roscha, the construction of which was carried out within the framework of the state program "Assistance to the creation of new places in educational organizations in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" for 2016–2025.
To date, the Zhigulina Roscha microdistrict meets all requirements and presents a high-quality product to the buyer, not just square meters. Construction of the entire social infrastructure, improvement of the embankment, the promenade boulevard and the diverse apartment design – all this shaped a new innovative architectural silhouette of Simferopol, set the level of an integrated approach to construction, while standing out against the background of the identical development of the peninsula.
