Crimean dairy production increased productivity due to participation in the national project
Crimean dairy plant has increased productivity by participating in the national project "Labor productivity and employment support". Minister of Economic development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako made a working visit to the production of "Yug Moloko" LLC.
"Сompany has completed the implementation of the project on the selected flow-sample "Kefir production". During this time, we managed to revise the production process at all stages, which allowed us to increase production by 14,9 % from 85 kg per employee to 93 kg per hour. Due to the high marginality of the product chosen for the project kefir - the economic effect amounted to almost 11 million rubles a year", said the Minister.
Dmitry Sheryako added that by increasing productivity, reducing time, and standardizing operations, they reduced the process time from 184 minutes for manufacturing 1 ton of products to 142 minutes and reduced work-in-progress by 34 %, resulting in a 22.8% increase in labor productivity compared to the first quarter of 2020. To implement the task, a project team of 15 people was formed from employees.
According to the company's management, all production processes are monitored at the production site-from growing feed for livestock to packaging finished products, and innovative technologies are used. In the production of fermented milk products, natural ingredients are used that meet GOST and international standards.
The key goal of the national project "Labor productivity and employment support" is to increase labor productivity in medium and large enterprises of basic non-resource sectors of the economy by 10-15-30% accumulatively for the first 3 years of participation in the national project.
