Expanding the boundaries of financial support for SME development

21 July 2021

Within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative", JSC "Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Crimea" and the Microfinance Entrepreneurship Fund of the Republic of Crimea signed a partnership agreement. Now the access of entrepreneurs to the types of support provided by the parties to the contract has significantly expanded.

The agreement allows increasing the resource opportunities of entrepreneurship due to the combination of the advantages of preferential leasing and state microloans. Combining the financial lease of fixed assets for RUB 120 million with the replenishment of working capital up to RUB 5 million gives the business additional sources of business development. Today, a Crimean entrepreneur can pay an advance under a leasing agreement with a loan from the Microfinance Fund of the Republic of Crimea.

"The joint work of the leasing company and the microfinance fund will allow us comprehensively solve development issues, if it is necessary to expand activities, you can purchase fixed assets through leasing, paying for a long period and you can buy raw materials using microfinance. At the same time, the burden of increasing the cost of the project will be minimal - all the support institutions of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea work with a minimum burden on business," said Yana Gamaley, Director of the leasing company.

The joint work of various business support and development institutions is the trend of 2021. The RLC of the Republic of Crimea continues active work to popularize the use of state support tools and an open dialogue with the business community of the region.
