The implementation of the investment project will provide housing for 24 defrauded shareholders, Irina Kiviko. Under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, a meeting of the Investment Climate improvement Council  was held in  videoconference.

"The Council approved construction of an apartment hotel in Alupka. The investor assumes additional obligations for the free transfer of at least 24 non-residential premises with a total area of at least 808.4 square meters to persons affected by the actions of the problematic developer. The declared volume of investment is RUB 57.2 million," said the Deputy Prime Minister.

Irina Kiviko added that a total of seven new investment projects were approved at the Investment Council, which will be implemented in the field of resorts and tourism, agriculture, industry, construction, trade and services. The total amount of declared investment for all projects amounted to more than three billion rubles.

Thus, in Chernomosky region, two investment projects will be implemented at once: the construction of a cottage village and sports and entertainment park with glamping and a tent city. The future park will become a place of attraction and a center of sightseeing, festival, sports and extreme tourism that meets international standards.

Two projects will be implemented in Simferopol region and one in Simferopol. A production complex will be built in Simferopol, and an apartment complex with 800 apartments and a complex for the production of heating, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning systems will be built in Simferopol region.

In addition, the investor plans to build a fruit-growing complex for growing berry crops in Sovetsky district.
