Investment Climate Improvement Council has been held in videoconference format
Investment Climate Improvement Council of the Republic of Crimea has been held in videoconference format. The meeting was held under the leadership of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
Seven new investment projects have been approved during the Council meeting. These include development of roadside infrastructure in the city of Armyansk, construction of residential complexes in Kerch and Bakhchisaray. Investor will invest 4.5 million rubles in the creation of a roadside service in Armyansk city. In Kerch, investor will build a residential neighborhood consisting of two and eight-story apartment buildings with underground parking, as well as commercial areas on the first floors. 589 million rubles will be invested in the project. Another residential complex will appear in Bakhchisaray. The amount of investment in the project will be 561 million rubles.
The other projects were considered also at the meeting that will be implemented by investors in Simferopol, Sudak and Feodosia.
