IT companies will be exempt from inspections for three years

Russian IT companies will be exempt from scheduled state and municipal inspections for three years. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree.

The moratorium on scheduled and unscheduled inspections valid until the end of the year applies to all Russian companies, and not only to small and medium-sized businesses, as it was during the coronavirus pandemic.
The exception is cases when it comes to the safety of life and health of people.

According to Mikhail Mishustin, over the past two years, the Government has halved the number of control measures against enterprises and entrepreneurs.
