The main activity of the Joint Stock Company "Crimean guarantee Fund" is the provision of guarantees for obligations (loans, financial lease agreements, contracts for providing Bank guarantees) of small and medium-sized businesses and infrastructure support organizations for small and medium-sized businesses.

The main goal of the Fund is to provide access to financial resources for small and medium-sized enterprises and organizations of small and medium-sized business support infrastructure by providing loans to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations of infrastructure support for small and medium-sized businesses in the Republic of Crimea.

The main tasks of the center are to ensure access of enterprises to all types of financial and non- financial support in the field of export activities, search for foreign partners, advice on foreign economic trade, and interaction with national and Federal authorities.

The company was established as part of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises and the support of individual entrepreneurial initiative" with the aim of supporting Crimean entrepreneurs in the field of financial rent (leasing) - the formation of a list of equipment and vehicles that will be provided to SMEs at preferential rates, conditions for the provision of leasing support (term, advance payment, requirements for the lessee, being on the balance sheet).
