Competition

 

The development of competition – is an important and necessary step towards the formation of a healthy economy in the region, as well as to reduce prices and improve the quality of products and services due to the competitiveness of market participants.

Implementation of the Standard on the territory of the Republic of Crimea will allow:

  • to ensure the implementation of a systematic and uniform approach to the development of competition throughout the Russian Federation, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the regional economy and markets;
  • to create a transparent system of work of regional public authorities in terms of implementing effective and efficient measures to promote competition in the interests of the final consumer of goods and services, business entities, citizens of the Russian Federation and society as a whole;
  • to create incentives and conditions for the development and protection of small and medium-sized businesses, and eliminate administrative barriers;
  • to identify the potential for the region's economic development, including scientific, technical and human potential.

 

The measures of competition development in the Republic of Crimea is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Standard) approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2019 No. 768-R.

The authorized body for the implementation of the competition development standard in the republic is the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea.
