• The land plot is located in the protection area for power grid facilities and special conditions for using land plots located within the boundaries of such areas. Area with special conditions for the territory use (protection area): "Yalta – Simferopol OHPL-110 kV (220)"; Boundary registry number: 90.00.2.41.
• The land plot is located within the boundaries of flood and underflood zones, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on town-planning activities referred to the areas with special conditions for territory use, are prohibited:

1. placement of new settlements and construction of capital facilities without ensuring engineering protection of such settlements and facilities from flooding, underflooding;
2. use of wastewater in order to regulate the soil fertility;
3. placement of cemeteries, cattle burial grounds, facilities for disposal of production and consumption waste, chemical, explosive, toxic, poisonous and harmful substances, radioactive waste storage and disposal sites;
4. implementation of aerial pest control measures; Boundary registry number: 90:15-6.541 and the boundary registry number: 90:15-6.542.
