Fruits of Old Crimea, on planting of 120 hectares of garden and arrangement of accumulators for drip irrigation

Fruits of the Old Crimea LLC is implementing its investment project in the territory of the Privetnenskoye rural settlement of Kirovsky district.

The main activity of the company is the cultivation and sale of apples using intensive technology, produced in the Crimea. Seedlings specially grown in nurseries in Italy, Belgium, and Crimea are used to lay new gardens.

Expansion of activities by creating an intensive dessert apple orchard on the M9 rootstock, with a Ballerina spindle-shaped crown type and mechanical contour and crown reduction pruning of seedlings of class AA 5+ on an area of 120 hectares.

In 2019, the company introduced stages 1 and 2 of the construction of a fruit storage facility for 3,500 tons.

In 2020–2021, a fruit storage facility for 12,500 tons equipped with a controlled gas environment system, which allows to extend the shelf life of products up to a year, was put into operation.

The number of employees is 180 people – experienced agronomists and experts in the field of cultivation, careful storage and transportation of fruits.
