In Crimea, there will be an analog of "Sochi Park" and a new five-star hotel

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, signed two memoranda of intent with investors who intend to invest billions in the resort sector of the peninsula at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The signing took place in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the videoconference mode.

"In the presence of our president, our leader, we signed two memoranda, two agreements. A project will be implemented to build a resort complex in Saki: hotel rooms, leisure facilities. About 1.500 jobs. 14 billion are invested in Saki region. And the same "Sochi-Park" will be built in Yalta region. The site has already been identified, and preparatory work is underway. The total time for the project implementation is from 3 to 5 years. For the Crimea, these are systemic players that are known in the all-Russian market," said the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.

Sergey Aksyonov stressed that these projects are very important for the region, as the resort sector is one of the priorities. In addition, both the park and the resort complex will become major taxpayers of the region.

Therefore, the resort complex in  Saki district will be built by LLC "Family Resorts". The company’s director Ilya Umansky signed the agreement. Alean Family Resort & SPA will include a five-star Ultra All-inclusive hotel, as well as a four-star year-round family resort, Alean Resort Suites.

"The region was chosen by the investor. He likes that there are large beach areas, there are flat areas, infrastructure, electricity, water," said the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.

In turn, Yalta Park LLC will build the analogue of Sochi Park in Yalta. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC «Agrocomplex» named after N. I. Tkacheva Alexander Tkachev signed the agreement. In addition to the theme park, a resort and hotel complex will appear in Yalta.
