Irina Kiviko: In Crimea, the unemployment rate has returned to the pre-crisis period

Positive changes in the basic sectors of the economy of the republic ensured an increase in wages and a decrease in unemployment. Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, reported this.
"The level of general unemployment in the republic has returned to the pre-crisis level. Compared to the beginning of 2021, the indicators decreased by 0.8 percentage points to 5.7%.This is a very good result," Irina Kiviko said.
According to her, the real monetary incomes of the population for 9 months of last year increased by 4.7%, according to this indicator, the republic ranks 8th among the subjects of the Russian Federation.
The average monthly salary for January-November 2021 increased by 11.7% and amounted to RUB 37.113.
