Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Crimea informs about auctions for the sale of property included in the privatization program

On September 6, the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea plans to hold auctions (auctions, competitions) for the sale of property included in the privatization program.

"The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea (hereinafter – Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Crimea) on September 6, 2021 scheduled bidding (auction, tender) on sale of property, included in the Forecast plan (program) of privatization of property in state ownership of the Republic of Crimea, 2021, approved by the Decree of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea from 25.11.2020 No. 585-2/20", − stated in the message.

The report notes that we are talking about an uninhabited hotel building located in Kirovsky district in Sinitsyno village (Yubileynaya str., h. 37B);

- an object of unfinished construction in Saki district, in Ilyinka village, (Tenistaya str., h. 2);

- non-residential buildings in Krasnoperekopsk, (Severnaya str., h. 7);

- non-residential basement premises with a total area of 159.8 sq. m, located in building under  letter "A" in Simferopol, (Odesskaya str. / prosp. Kirova,  h. 2/21).

 

It is specified that the method of privatization of objects is a competition in electronic form.
